Most kids of my generation wanted to be firemen or ballerinas when they grew up. I wanted to be a folk singer. My parents were very young when I was born, and my childhood was accompanied by music of the 1960’s and early 70’s. They believed in letting their children explore the arts at our own pace so I took guitar lessons for awhile, but never got any good at it. They were less tolerant of my trying to sing while gargling so I would sound like Janis Joplin or staggering around the room like Keith Richards. I guess I gave up on the whole folk singing thing because I wasn’t driven by a cause or any purpose other than vying for a later bedtime or being able to choose what cartoon to watch on Saturday morning. It was fun while it lasted. My Pat Benatar phase is best forgotten by all.

The Kawai MP6 is just the perfect digital piano. The price and quality are all perfect. Before I begin, please read this Kawai MP6 review for more information. If you read that, I will now explain why the Kawai MP6 is the perfect digital piano.

We all already know that the Kawai MP6 has great quality. It’s insanely accurate to the acoustic piano so really, you can’t buy anything better for that price.

But, how does that make it the perfect digital piano? What about the ones that are more expensive? Aren’t they better?

Yes, they are actually better. You don’t truly get better digtial pianos until you hit the $2500 range, but let me ask you this. Is the extra $1000 worth the marginal difference? If so, why don’t you just get an acoustic piano? If you have that much money, you should be getting an acoustic piano.

That’s why I say that the Kawai MP6 is the perfect digital piano. It’s cheap enough to justify buying a digital piano as opposed to an acoustic piano. Also, at that price, it’s unbeatable in terms of quality.

Once upon a time, and you may be too young to have ever seen it, there was a popular commercial where somebody was learning to play a musical instrument so they could be “the life of the party.” Some of us want to keep our playing to ourselves but most of us really, deep down inside, would like to be good enough that people would stand up and take notice at our playing. And if you have settled on a keyboard as your instrument of choice then a good way to start getting noticed is with a Yamaha electronic keyboard .

The Yamaha line of keyboards is continually upgraded to stay ahead of the technological curve. Even beginner players have access to sounds and effects that only professional instruments provided in the past. And, maybe best of all, Yamaha electronic keyboards are offered at an affordable price.

So, if you want to be the life of the party give yourself the best shot at success with a Yamaha electronic keyboard.
