One of the most important things to remember when training to look like Brad Pitt is that he is incredibly lean. If you have any chance of looking this good then you have got to lose all of your body fat and train hard for quite a while. If you do do this then you can look awesome like he does. Really, he looks awesome for all of his roles. Including the Troy movie and the Fight Club movie, Brad Pitt has been in some very popular movies which basically featured his physique. How much did he want to get in shape? Obviously quite a bit otherwise he would have never been able to build that kind of muscle and lose that much fat in so little time. He reportedly gained 15 pounds of muscle for the Troy movie and it actually does look like. If you look a picture of him in Fight Club and then one of him form Troy, you’ll see that he looks much bigger.
